• For parents booking an appointment for your teen - please use your CHILD or TEEN’S name in the appointment booking

New Clients - we schedule 4 weekly sessions for an in-depth start to the counselling process. We recommend a 3-4 month commitment when starting therapy, in order to help you work towards your therapy goals.

• Thrive has a wide range of fee options from $30 (group) to $220 per session (individual psychologist)

• If your teen or child is sick, please let us know so that we can move your appointment to an online session

PAYMENT PROCESS:

All session payments are processed the morning of your appointment with a credit card kept on file. Direct billing is available with a variety of insurance plans. Please see our website for more detailed information. If your credit card payment declines, you will be notified and asked to arrange for successful payment via e-transfer or a new card. If we are unable to reach you for payment, your session will be cancelled. We are happy to reschedule your session once payment has been received.

I have a Master of Social Work with a specialization in Clinical Social Work Practice. I have been a practicing social worker for over twenty-five years and feel blessed to have had the opportunity to provide support and services to children, teenagers, adults, and families. I am very passionate about working with children, teenagers, and young adults.

As a social worker, I practice with a holistic, client-centered, trauma- informed, strength-based, and solution-focused lens. I strongly believe in developing a positive therapeutic relationship with my clients where they feel listened to and safe to share their thoughts and feelings.
